Operations Manager
Rikke Langthjem is the Operations Manager at Flair Properties International, bringing a strong Danish background and in depth experience in the Dubai real estate market. Her approach combines structure, efficiency and a clear understanding of how the market operates.
She oversees the day to day operations of the business, from administration and compliance to marketing and internal processes, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. With a sharp eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Rikke creates the operational foundation that allows the team to perform, scale and deliver consistently high standards.

Development Specialist
Gavin Comerford is an Irish construction and development specialist with over 25 years of experience delivering high end residential projects built to European standards. With a strong background in large scale developments and premium private residences, he brings deep technical expertise and a hands on approach to every stage of the process.
He contributed to two of Dubai most prestigious villa communities, Lime Tree Valley and Hillside at Jumeirah Golf Estates, and has overseen numerous luxury projects across the city. Known for his strategic insight, technical expertise and hands on leadership, Gavin shapes Flair premium development approach and guides clients seeking exceptional investment grade homes.
