Julie is a talented and driven real estate agent and entrepreneur who has called Dubai home since 2021. Having lived across three continents, her journey has shaped both her perspective and her approach to real estate. Born in Norway, where her roots lie, she later spent her childhood in Malta before moving to Curaçao, where she completed her studies. Dubai became the foundation of her professional career, and it is here that she has dedicated herself to elevating the real estate market into a more functional, client-focused system. Beyond helping clients find the right investment opportunities or end-use properties throughout Dubai, Julie is also an active property investor herself.
Her passion can be captured in one simple word: “homes.” Inspired by her own upbringing and the varied experiences her family had with real estate agents, she set out to become the professional her parents never had—an agent who simplifies the process, builds trust, and delivers genuine value. Over time, Julie discovered her love for property redevelopment and design, particularly flipping homes infused with a Western and Scandinavian touch. She brings this sense of warmth, functionality, and style into every project, echoing the homey feeling her mother created in each of the places they lived. Today, as the founder of Flair Properties International, Julie combines global experience, local expertise, and an authentic passion for homes to deliver a refreshing and results-driven approach to Dubai’s real estate market.

Gavin Comerford is an Irish construction and development specialist with over 25 years of experience delivering high end residential projects built to European standards.
